Starting a second life in music, and I bring to it my lifelong love of a good melody and a clever lyric. It would not be possible to list the influences, but James Brown, Rolling Stones, and Bossa Nova would be a good start. My music is rooted in the folk tradition, nourished on the stew of American and world music we're all immersed in, then finally shaken and stirred by my love of motion and dance.
